Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through qihang.app and to orders supplied by Kaihong Innovation Technology Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing with a business customer or long-term trading partner.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, materially different from the order, or otherwise approved by our customer service team.

Returned products must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or delivery damage.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for used products, products damaged by misuse, products missing key accessories or packaging, customised orders, clearance items marked as final sale, or products returned without prior approval.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer whether the refund or exchange is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by our error, a verified product defect, or delivery damage, we will provide reasonable return instructions. For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
